I would not hesitate to recommend Chantilly Kitchen and Bath (CK&B) to anyone considering a kitchen or bath remodel. I had originally planned to hire another company, but I had second thoughts after getting that company’s final quote. I found Chantilly Kitchen and Bath online. At our first meeting, Quinn immediately impressed me with his sincerity and directness. I felt like I was talking to someone who was interested in doing high-quality work for a reasonable price, and that feeling remained constant throughout my interactions with all of the CK&B staff. They ended up remodeling my kitchen, fireplace surround, and master bath. My dated galley kitchen is now a spacious, storage-filled wonder. I rarely cooked before the remodel, but I now find myself cooking and baking nonstop. I love having a place for everything and plenty of room to work. I’m also very pleased with the fireplace surround and master bath. The latter is tiny, but they managed to fit in a beautiful shower with custom bench, plenty of storage, and tile details that I just love. The designer, construction crew, and support staff were all wonderful to work with, but I especially have to thank Cherie, the project manager. She patiently guided me through every step of the process and immediately addressed any issues that popped up. My house is on the older side (~1970s), so there were definitely some surprises—but nothing that the team couldn’t handle. If you’re considering CK&B, here are a few additional points from my experience: · The company as a whole is very responsive. I never had issues getting in touch with Quinn, Cherie, or anyone else. · They provided regular status updates. I especially appreciated the project binder that Cherie updated every day. That helped me understand what they had accomplished and what was coming up in the days ahead. · They were on schedule. Although they started the project on time, they took a little longer than originally estimated (two weeks or so). That said, I always understood where we were in the schedule and why additional time was required. I never felt like there were unexplained or avoidable delays. · Olvin and the rest of the crew were very considerate. When I came home each the day, I always found everything tidy and as clean as possible. · I felt like I was treated fairly and got a very good product for the price I paid. Quinn and Cherie respected my budget, and they helped me evaluate the inevitable trade-offs encountered in any remodeling project.
Absolutely in love with the end result of both our hallway and master bathrooms. They worked nonstop from start to finish and came on time each day of the project. Communication is the most important thing to me and there was never a time where we were left in the dark. Cherie and Quinn were easy to work with from the start of the initial process to picking out the designs. The team that came to work on our bathrooms kept the area clean and picked up after themselves everyday. They did everything they could to minimize the dust and taped up the walls to keep the area contained from the rest of the house. I'm appreciative of the hard work they put in to give us our dream bathroom. Considering we were doing this through a pandemic they put us at ease and made sure that in person communication was limited and our safety came first. We had to get our bathrooms renovated as soon as we could because there was a leak coming from our upstairs master to our middle floor. They figured out the issue during demo and was able to patch up our ceiling for us as well. I highly recommend this company and cannot wait for more projects in the future.
