I had a disappointing experience with Linh Pham today. She seemed annoyed that I had multiple layers of old nail polish on my toenails and complained that removing it was hurting her hands. Throughout the pedicure, she was rough and rushed the service, making me feel uncomfortable and like I was an inconvenience. My mom’s pedicure next to me took longer than mine, even though she didn’t have any polish to remove. The technician who did her pedicure was phenomenal, so this was just my personal experience with Linh. Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional, and I left disappointed. I hope future customers receive more attentive and courteous service.
Maya did an AMAZING JOB!! I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. Her eye for detail and color matching with the inspo pic is so so good, she’s an incredibly talented artist. 11/10 recommend!!
Miley and Hannah did an amazing job filling and designing my nails. Miley fixed my eyebrows that were previously messed up by somebody else. They both took the time and did exactly the design that I had showed them. 10/10 would recommend ❤
