“I met Denise for my first Reiki treatment this Summer. I had never been to a Reiki practitioner before. When I made the appointment over the phone, I could tell I would be in good hands…she was very warm and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. My session with her was very relaxing and restorative. She explained everything to me so I would know what to expect which put me at ease since this was my first treatment. The room was very peaceful and so inviting…she has spent attention to every detail thus making Reiki a very relaxing experience. She is very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend her. I just completed a First Degree and Second Degree Reiki workshop with her over the weekend. The instruction was fascinating and she taught the material in such a way that it made it so interesting and very hands on…also she provided such delicious meals both days…she is passionate about Reiki and it showed throughout the course. “I have been to other massage businesses in the valley where the experience is very rushed, frenzied, and the direct opposite of relaxing, to the point that I was put off from ever receiving a massage again. After thoroughly researching neuromuscular therapy, and suffering from chronic migraines since puberty, I decided to give Benita's practice a try and was pleasantly surprised by how she went above and beyond in terms of professionalism, skill, and care, before, during, and after my massage. As she makes abundantly clear on her website, this is not the place to go if you want a quick massage, and as I will say in this review, there are plenty of other places in the area for that kind of experience. However, if you are looking for someone to spend some time discussing your specific needs and attend to them, I highly recommend Cloud 9 State of Mind Massage!“
“Excellent massage and staff. Best massage I’ve ever had. The masseuse here are super strong and will give a great massage. 30 minute massage here is much better than the 1 hour deep tissue massage I had at a Spavia. Don’t bother going anywhere else for a massage in Roanoke“
