Billy is knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Took the time to assess, and exhausted all options for repair. Keeping us informed each step of the way. Will use Arctic again for future hvac needs!
Huge shoutout alert…?
Imagine getting home from out of town and your HVAC/ Furnace is not working? Not a fun experience to be welcomed home from sunny Florida. Nonetheless, the pan below the furnace was full. There was water all over the floor in the utility room and I was very exhausted from a long day of traveling.
I immediately called Justin at Artic Sun at 9pm at night and he was ready to serve. Yes, at 9pm on a Thursday evening and he was available to help us.
