As a new homeowner, Swim Gem has been so helpful in educating me on how to operate and maintain my pool.

Cory helped to open the pool and has been more than happy to answer questions and show me the ropes on his biweekly visits.

Purchasing chemicals from the store is a breeze as they will test your water sample onsite and do the math for you to provide detailed instructions on exactly what needs to be added to get your water perfect. Sure, the cost of chemicals may be higher than other retailers but the quality of product of peace of mind knowing your issue will be resolved by following simple instructions is worth the small premium.

I worked with Swim Gem to resolve 2 warranty claims on a new pool build after my builder went out of business. Swim Gem was wonderful to work with. My technician Brody was great at answering all of my questions and getting the required parts replaced through Jandy Warranty claims. I cannot recommend them enough. I would definitely work with them again if anything else comes up! Thank you!

We realized too late that our winter cover had not been ordered. We reached out to Swim Gem and they contacted me immediately. The representative came the very next day to measure. Seamless process and very satisfied with the result!
