I have worked with many contractors on various projects for my home and hands down Deckscapes has been the best company to work with. They are efficient, thorough, and on schedule. Customer service is amazing. Communication is excellent. And the finished product is above and beyond what to expect. From the creative stage to the finishing touches they have it covered. I asked for a Mickey fire pit and they designed and delivered!!
We have nothing but positive things to say about Deckscapes of Virginia – from start to finish, the job was: 1) on budget; 2) ahead of schedule; 3) off-the-charts professional; and 4) our best experience with a contractor ever. Every individual at Deckscapes was a standout – from the day-to-day workers/craftsmen, the onsite managers (Fred and Kim), all the way through to the project manager/designer (Josh). All were highly responsive, incredibly hard working, and a pleasure to work with. We have worked with several contractors over the years and Deckscapes was far and away the best we have ever encountered. Prior to starting the project, we worked with Deckscapes to develop a budget that met our needs, and there were no surprises (e.g., cost increases, etc.). Once the project started (which was quickly), we were able to watch their rapid and diligent progress. Their workers were on site from early in the morning to late in the afternoon working tirelessly (even on weekends) – in fact, several of our neighbors commented about their hard work and commitment to the project. The project managers for the patio and porch kept us appropriately updated on the work and addressed any questions or issues we had. The craftmanship on all fronts (patio and deck) far exceeded our expectations. Shortly after the work was completed, Deckscapes ensured that we were pleased with the project and swiftly and thoroughly resolved remaining (and minor) ‘punch list’ issues. Thanks to Deckscapes and their employees, we now have a beautiful addition to our home that has exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Deckscapes to anyone – if you are looking for a contractor, do not hesitate to hire this incredible company and their remarkable team.
Deckscapes did a wonderful job on our porch, deck and patio. Their attention to detail is outstanding. One of the best things was, they kept us informed of what was happening next and finished right when they said they would. we love our new outdoor space.
