I took my Vera Bradley packable backpack to her on a hunch she may be able to repair it. VB no longer makes these travel packs & the best thing ever for traveling abroad! It had come apart at the top involving the loop where the 2 zippers meet. She studied the ripped area for several minutes and stated she would try to fix it but no promises. Said she would call when she finessed for pick up. When I saw it I couldn’t believe it! You would never know it had been damaged! Exquisite service! Have been coming here for YEARS and have NEVER been let down. From alterations to dry cleaning, the quality is PERFECT! If you need something done by a certain time they are very communicative on what they can and cannot do by a certain time which is more than I can ask for given other experiences. There are no surprises and when they say it's ready on the date they give you it is!
Incredible business. When I first moved here I came to this business to have curtains pressed. It was a great price, they came out perfect, and were done way earlier than projected. Fast forward a few weeks and my sons decided last minute they wanted to do cub scouts. So I raced to buy the shirts and asked this business to sew on the patches same day. The price for the rush was fair and it was done perfectly. She even took the time to look up the regulation to make sure the patch spacing was perfect. Highly recommend that you give this service your business.
