    Big thanks to Greg who came out and quickly repaired our several year old outside HVAC unit that was installed by Pritchard & Fallin. Turned out to be a run capacitor which was an easy fix but Greg was very professional and knowledgeable in what he was doing and as a past service manager in the electronics field I was impressed.

    Bill worked patiently with us helping us get our system just right. Being on the water creates a lot of moisture issues. We feel confident that we have resolve them all with new HVAC system. Thanks Bill!

    I am very happy with our new Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system, Bill gave me the peace of mind of why this would be the system to get. Ogle and Santos were the installers and those guys were awesome, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the location of the units and everything looks so clean and tidy no wires or hoses dangling anywhere. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re wanting a new system.
