We highly recommend J.B. Vaughan, a local excavation expert at Lake Anna. He is a super nice, honest, and fair person. Also, he’s a long time local that is very well connected and he has many years of experience. He’s done a lot of work over the years at Lake Anna including all types of excavation and site work, and he’s installed and helped to maintain some of the largest and best lakefront beaches. He loves what he does, usually answers the phone, and is always willing to provide a free estimate and expert advice. The only downside that we’ve experienced with him is that he typically has a little bit of a backlog of work, especially during the busy summer season, because he does such a great job and likes to keep busy.
We have hired Jade Construction on several different occasions to do home repairs at our primary residence. Most of these have been in emergency situations (water damage) for example and he has always been very professional, responsive and quick to get the job done and he is ALWAYS on time.
