I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Pet Creations! They were able to schedule us quickly, and from the moment we walked in, I could tell Remi was in good hands. Two young ladies gave him a gentle, thorough bath, and the experienced owner handled his nail clipping with ease and care. It was clear they all genuinely love animals, this isn’t just a job for them.
Remi was excited, happy, and clearly enjoyed the attention. I especially appreciated that I was able to stay nearby instead of having to leave him with complete strangers in Harrisonburg, something that can be stressful for dogs and owners alike.

These 3 ladies were awesome & did a great job with my 2 boys. My schnauzer usually struggles with grooming & they were so sweet & gentle with him & he did really well. Also the owner is very good about answering messages in a timely manner! Great customer service!!
These 3 ladies are sweethearts & did an awesome job on my 2 boys! My Schnauzer is usually very scared & uncooperative & they were so sweet, gentle & patient with him. He relaxed & enjoyed the attention & I was so proud of him! Will definitely be returning for our grooming needs!
