We had to get our 15 year old chihuahua put to sleep and they were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. They let us take as much time with her as we needed. They answered any and all questions we had. They were gentle with our baby. And today we picked up her ashes and I’m just amazed at what they did. They put her nose print and paw print on paper. They made a stone with her paw print and her name and birth stone on it. And as much as I miss my baby I’m happy all around with our experience with them.
The compassion, professionalism, and kindness of their entire staff was not lost on us today as we said goodbye to our elderly dog. I really appreciated their help during such a difficult time.
I am very grateful for the amazing staff at Broadway Veterinary Hospital. I have been a customer for years. I have brought my cats for their routine shots and have always had a great experience. In December I had to put my 19 year old cat down due to his health so I brought him in. The staff went out of their way to make my cat comfortable. They explained the process, they were very sympathetic, gentle and kind. Their compassion for the situation was not only felt but clearly genuine. They made a hard day a little less painful and I will forever be grateful for their support and kindness. I highly recommend Broadway Veterinary Hospital.
