Facilities and price was standard, but what stood out was the service.
Big thanks to the tall fellow in blue (Dillon?) and the guy in red at the front desk. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us get our car clean while working around a loose bumper.

all of them were so nice and respectful especially the guy standing up front, he answered all of my questions and the guy that scrubbed my car before going in. he didn’t mind scrubbing a little extra on the car to get all of the salt off before i went into the wash
The Bristol VA location has yet to read our tag, so the attendant has to come and scan their card and punch in our tag number so we can use our membership. The wash and vacs are very good but having the issue with the camera system is beyond annoying.....went to the Blountville Carwash. The camera tag reader worked perfectly. The Bristol VA system is the problem.Services: Polishing
