I called about 8 different companies to sand and stain my floors. No-one called me back. I called Mr. Sandless and got the Asheville guy who actually recommended Todd Horton here locally. I called Todd and he answered the phone immediately; we set up a time for a consultation and an estimate. He was on time, kind, knowledgeable, and honest about what he could provide. After some research, I found his pricing to be fair as well. His guys showed up on time at the date/time agreed upon. After checking references, we scheduled a day to have our floors done. Mark and Savino arrived on time and their work was Excellent. What a huge improvement in our floors. They look fantastic! We didn’t want the hassle or cost of sanding and staining. This was over 1,000 sq ft and done in only 1 day. I highly recommend TriCity MrSandless.
