Curtis, the Manager of the Bristol office, was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He was happy to help remedy a situation which we had. Joe and Richard came out to complete an additional task concerning encapsulation. Each of these guys went “above and beyond,” ensuring our satisfaction with the job they performed. Highly recommend!
Master Services installed 10 straps in my basement today to keep my house steady and safe so the basement walls would not bow from the water we get in hard rains. The crew did an outstanding job from the protection of my hardwood floors to the cleanup after the installation was complete. Thank you so much for the service performed for us today. The crew led by Anthony were polite and friendly, and easy to explain what they were doing for us. I now feel safer knowing our house will be protected for years to come.
Half the price of AFS (another foundation company that’s supposed to be cheaper.) Hard working group of guys and cool to be around just really down to earth, friendly, respectful and helpful. I even lived in the house while they worked on almost every floor joist in here, jacking it up and making my crawlspace look really nice. They did everything they promised in half the time and the quality of work on making my old house feel stable again was 10/10. Gio, Julius, Jake and Richard all did a great job and would recommend this crew for anyone and would use this group of guys again 100% no questions asked. Nick the sales rep is genuinely a good dude and wasn’t pushy… read full review
