Grace Family Medicine Clinic is an incredible practice providing true quality care. The doctor is wonderful, the best, amazing, and caring, with a kind heart. Patients receive personal, one-on-one care where the doctor listens patiently, is thorough, easy to talk to, honest, and direct. She considers what is best for each patient specifically, values their time, and is very responsive, calling or messaging back directly. The office staff and nurses are so wonderful, helpful, friendly, sweet, accommodating, and amazing. The team is great, providing excellent service. The office itself is always spotless clean. The practice feels personable, not like a large healthcare conglomerate, ensuring patients are not rushed through appointments. Patients are very satisfied and grateful for the time, care, and expertise received.

When you’re a patient of Dr. O, you KNOW you are getting true quality care. Unlike so many other doctors and offices that make you wait long past your appointment time, cattle prod you as fast as they can through the appointment making it more stressful than necessary, checking off lists of medications to load you up on because the health conglomerate that they are a part of tells them to, and sending you on your way with zero communication or responses. Dr O. She's the best. Your in and out, and I get that 1non 1 personal care from her. She listens and helps you to the best of her ability. Great Dr. She's had helped change my life.
We have only been there one time but Dr. O has been very easy to talk to and very responsive when we need anything since the visit. I like that it feels more personable than most places. She is thorough and seems to love what she does and her patients.
