Larry Troshun is an electrician I have used for several projects. Most recently he installed a light by my garage doors. It was designed to operate from dusk to dawn and is also motion censored to increase in brightness when it detects movement. After installation I contacted Larry to let him know the light was not working properly. Both functions were off. He came back to check and reset the light. It continued to not work correctly so he replaced it with a new unit hoping that would fix things. It did not.
