    I called and got a prompt response. The owner said that he was in Norfolk, but would send someone over. (good!) When the gentleman arrived, I had my doubts about whether or not he knew what he was doing. He looked at the furnace. I literally mean looked at it. He didn't open it up and peer inside. He just stood in front of it and looked at it. He said he was going to send a picture of the inside to his boss and call him to see what to do, but I live in the country. There is no reception here, so that didn't happen. He stood on the register and said, "Yep, the fan is on and there is no heat." Then he left. He said that since I had had a "fan is on and no heat" problem fixed recently, it was under warranty and I should call the other company. Well, I didn't want to call the company. They didn't fix it the first time so how could something they didn't fix be under warranty? They charged me $75 for a service call that didn't diagnose or fix the problem and left me with the impression that there was no way that this man even knew what he was looking at. Turns out my problem was the thermostat, which I fixed myself. Like I said, it wasn't under warranty and wasn't the work that the other company did before.
