🙋🏻‍♀️ I recommend this Zoom classes 🧘🏻🏋🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️to everyone and all ages, fun classes with nice instructors, only half hour for each class, 4-5 classes per day very refreshing for all day.🌻
