When I told her I needed gluten free toothpaste, she asked if the office compound was gf. I didn’t know-I think my hygienist should know . She fumbled a bit, but was very nice. I’m sure she’ll become more comfortable with time.“

“My family and I have been clients for a few years, but we truly had an outstanding visit this past week when I had to come in for my regular 6-month cleaning. I had called the day before to cancel because I wasn’t able to get a sitter for my two very young children. The office manager was so kind, insisting I keep the appointment and that the staff would look out for them. At first I resisted, simply because they are really little and can be a handful. But I soon relented and arrived the next day with my 1 & 4 year olds in tow. The entire staff ooo’ed and aww’ed at them, saying “oh they are just angels!” the whole time. And honestly, they were very well behaved (they save all the mischief for us at home!). But my point is, the staff was as extremely kind; offering to help a busy mom and just performing a kind deed to a person—expecting nothing in return. I love the staff, the clinic is always spotless, their dental work is great — we are definitely lifers. And I will be dropping the kids off for daycare with them on a regular basis now ? juuuust kidding! Highly recommend!“

“I was warmly greeted by the receptionist at the Ironbridge location. My dental hygienist, Margaret Ann, was the best I've even had. She was informative to my areas of plaque build up, knowledgeable about the method of treatment, and thoroughly enjoyed her job. The dentist was very friendly and seemed to truly care about his patients. It was such a wonderful experience that I canceled my sons appointments with a different dental practice so they could be seen at the pediatric practice at Virginia Family Dentistry. I was so pleased!“

“Everyone is always so friendly and helpful at this office. Dr Brandon Wong is just wonderful. I highly recommend him!! I have a very complicated medical history and an extremely painful nerve condition (RSD/CRPS) that affects my face, as well as my entire body. I needed an extraction and implant, even though he was more than capable of doing it, he sent me to a specialist who would be better equipped to handle any potential complications. I did have some complications months later because of my RSD/CRPS so Dr Wong had to remove the crown and leave it off for several months. He checked on me during that time and told me to keep him posted. He was just so very kind and empathetic, as always. He put the crown back on today, fingers crossed!“
