“I have a “go to man” for both an electrician and a plumber. I now have a go to contractor with Tim Pugh.. He does quality work at a reasonable price which is what I look for from a professional. Tim replaced my aging basement staircase with a solid / quality construction that includes dual hand rails (which also serve as additional support for the flooring above). I go into the basement each night to turn on the dehumidifier and will need the safety of the handrails as I age. I am very pleased with the new staircase …. I also have Tim scheduled to complete outside house repairs after some trees fell on the house during Hurricane Helene. Tim is the “go to man” and I highly recommend his professional contacting services….? After Tim completed the above mentioned basement staircase, he returned this last Saturday on May 24 to repair the outside of my house after a tree fell on my house during Hurricane Helene at the end of September 2024….. Tim replaced some parts of the metal roof, the gutter system and siding that was damaged from the tree. Tim did outstanding as my house is back to where it was before the hurricane. I am amazed how Tim ensure got an exact match for the siding. I literally cannot tell any difference and it all looks like there was never any damage. Tim was able to provide an estimate and stick to it that matched my homeowner insurance adjuster’s estimate and what they paid on the claim… the only cost I incurred was my homeowner insurance deductible. If you want someone who has skill and knows what they are doing, along with a fair price, I would definitely include Tim in providing an estimate and consideration for his professional services… please view the before and after pics……“
