My wife and I were here for 2 weeks to detox and reset. We live pretty healthy lifestyle, but here, all the meals are farm to table, and are pro-digestion and anti-inflamatory, and they tasted great. On top of that, in the 2 weeks that we were there, all the meals were different except occassionally at breakfast. The meals are serverd family style, and you get to meet other guests that are also there to focus on their health and longevity, and this was a lot of fun as well. This was our first experience at an ayurvedic retreat, and the treatments were awsome. The staff was very knowlegable about ayurvedic practices and treaments, and they really careed about our well being. We did a 10 day liver and kidney clense, as well as many other treatments. Samar, our main host, took care of everything, and she was great. The entire staff was great as well, and really cared about the needs of the guests. The setting is also amazing, and there is also a great gym for working out.
On top of all this, we met their on-site farm manager, Jeremy, and he really contributed to our overall experience, and helped make the whole visit very special. He helped me with my shoulder pain, led several guided hikes, including a waterfall hike where we got to go in the water, and a farm tour. Jeremy used to be in a band, and one night, there was a guest that played bass guitar, and we had a music night that was a lot of fun.
I would highly recommend staying here, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
