I was happy to get an apt. for my cat, Mia within a reasonable amt. of time when she needed medical attention. The staff greeted us & already had her records when we arrived. The Dr. & her assistant were very attentive to me and to Mia as if they already knew us. I will definitely go back when needed since we had a very good experience t& our needs were taken care of.
From walking into the vet to walking out of the vet, the experience was great. The check-in and check-out receptionists were attentive, helpful and pleasant. It was our first time at the vet, and Dr. K took the time and had patience to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding Abby! It's an added bonus the facility has a complete self-serve pet washing station we can pay and use.
