My family loves everything about this school. Mr. Cox and his team are so patient, kind, reasonable, and capable of maintaining discipline in a healthy way, and watching older kids and higher belts helping little ones achieve their goals is the darn cutest thing ever. So many good role models there for kids and parents.

Unbelievable Tae Kwon Do instruction--truly transformative for both children and adults. Master Rupert Cox is a phenomenally talented martial artist and teacher, a combination that you don't find at all schools. Not only that, but he's surrounded by a talented staff of assistant instructors to ensure that each student receives as much focused attention as possible. I would have never been able to advance beyond a first degree black belt if it weren't for the loving, supportive community I found at Pil Seung.There is no other place to train, this is the ONE martial arts school you need to check out in the New River Valley

All of the instructors at Pil Seung are fantastic! My oldest son (10) transferred there about 3 years ago and loves it! My youngest son (6) and I have recently started our training and love it! Thanks to Master Rupert and his instructors we have been able to not only get fit but grow a stronger bond as a family. I would also recommend them for the Woman's Self Defense Classes they host almost every other Friday, my wife has enjoyed the training and the exorcise she gets from this informative class. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to start their journey in martial arts at and age or physical fitness level! Truly an amazing place to be!
