Noonkester Real Estate's reputation proceeded them, and we rented from them anyway. The result was expected. Basic maintenance the lessor was responsible for was ignored (changing the furnace filter), and my daughter and her roommates were left cleaning out previous renter's items that had been there for a half-dozen years or so when they left. Although the house was left broom-swept clean as contractually required, the girls were charged for a deep-cleaning they didn't know they had to do. Carpets that were cleaned were cleaned again, and the girls charged. BTW, this was a lease that ran continually. I had a good experience renting from Scott. I never had any major issues with the property, but whenever I did they were quick to come and help me out. Scott and his staff were always nice and respectful to me.

I actually had a great experience renting from Noonkester! We were shown the apartment, told all of the details of how to apply and were so happy when we were accepted! The day we moved in everything was working and in good condition (these are old apartments you have to remember that). I loved how each apartment was unique.Any maintenance problems were solved within a day or 2, and McKinley even came and unlocked my door on his off day because I was locked out. Communication was great with my calls and texts always being answered. We've since gotten our security deposit back with a few deductions that were bound to happen.A great experience and I'd recommend! The only downside is having to pay with checks but it doesn't take much to get a checkbook
