Had a back issue happen on Tuesday and called Dr Keats office and she got me in to see her right away. Now that's customer service that you just don't find of much anymore.

Staff are always attentive, friendly and professional. Dr Keats is so thorough and personable. She knows her craft and yet is as friendly as they come. Energy-level is always a positive.

Dr. Keats is amazing! She is very patient, she listens to all of your concerns and then treats accordingly.She is also very caring and thorough, if something still isn’t quite right she’ll keep doing her magic until it’s better. She has taught me exercises to do at home to help between treatments. I would highly recommend Dr. Keats.

Dr. Keats has been practicing as a chiropractor in Blacksburg since 2003. Has been voted best chiropractor in the NRV for 2017, 2018 and 2019. Treats ages 5-105 and specializes in sports injuries. Avid participant in the CrossFit community for 6 years and has played multiple sports throughout her life which gives her an intimate knowledge into the biomechanics and possible injuries associate with those sports. Uses 7 different adjusting techniques as well as extra spinal. Co-treats her adjustments with physiotherapy modalities, stretches and exercises when needed. In office wait times are less than 5 mins and can get an appointment the day you call. Plenty of parking
