We gutted an older home and totally changed everything! I mean everything. We couldn’t demolish the older house because it is in Woods Edge and the HOA would not have allowed that. I am a stickler for details and have built several nice homes previously, so I wanted a contractor that could meet my expectations. I found them. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new old home. Just ask Derick and he can show the house to you. Recently I understand there have been some negative comments that trace back to one customer. They were upset that there cost plus contract went over the original estimate.
