About Brian's Lock & Key
Brian's Lock & Key is a local locksmith in Blacksburg, VA, serving the needs of home, business, and vehicle owners. The experienced and knowledgeable staff are bonded and insured, and they have the only Certified Locksmith in the New River Valley. Customers praise their great service, efficient work, and reasonable prices. They are professional, friendly, and keep clients informed throughout the process. Brian's Lock & Key is highly recommended for rekeying, key copying, and other locksmith services. They do much more than remove locks. One customer needed a new hitch pin and the guy came out to help immediately, picking the lock on the old one and only charging $20. Good people and have never had a problem. Another customer had to get a new key made after theirs failed; there were shipping delays, but once they got the key, they knocked the price of labor off for coming out and reprogramming a new key. A wonderful experience was had from 1st talking to Michael, a complete pleasure, and with Darwin, who came to help remove a lock on a storage unit. Darwin was in direct communication and was prompt and on time, providing excellent service and removing the padlock in minutes. They will 100% recommend Brian’s Lock & Key to all friends and family.
I needed a new key made as soon as possible and they made it happen within an hour, highly recommend this place very good customer service and very fast and cheap affordable service, highly recommend
Service was fast and accurate and my 2022 Jeep Gladiator key fob was programmed and cut by the guys. My key fob was OEM purchased from Mopar by myself although they could also order knockoffs for me. Give them a try! They are good folks.

They did an amazing job ordering and programming a new FOB for my truck, also cutting the new key. Only took about 15/20 min to get it done. Price is fair and they warranty their work. My only complaint is that they should let the customers know about some vehicles will change the door/lights settings when programming a aftermarket market FOB so the customer could decide if they wants to spend $500+ at dealership or less than $200 with aftermarket device. Not a deal breaker for me though.
