I have been a patient of Dr. Ankrum since the days his mother worked the front desk. He's an old-school doctor who cares for his patients with great kindness. And he's very competent and knowledgeable despite his education (all these years in Blacksburg have had an affect). I bet most patients think of him as an old friend. I know I do.

Christine is delightful, has been cleaning my teeth all my life and always does a perfectly splendid job! I'm thankful for such a lovely staff. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Clean and happy environment.

We've been customers of Dr Ankrum for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and talented, with great judgement and a kind and sensitive approach to dentistry. Sadly my insurance recently changed and they do not take my new coverage (moving from Delta to Aetna) but I have had great experiences for many years.
