Fantastic experience from start to finish. We requested service for three units, two HVAC units in the house and a split in the garage. Scheduling was easy and the person on the phone was very friendly. I got regular text messages reminding me the day before the appointment and another when the technician was on his way. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He spent extra time on the spilt and explained how I could keep it clean myself. I will definitely recommend to others and be using Thornton for all my HVAC services.
