From beginning to end, Wilber and his team were excellent! When we called for the first time, Wilber himself answered and he came to our home to give us a quote a day or two later. Wilber is professional, conscientious and cares about doing things the right way. He was also flexible when we made changes a few times. His team was professional, courteous, and they were always right on time. Each day Wilber would let us know the plan for the next day and the time they would arrive. Communication was excellent. If we had any areas that we wanted to be touched up a little more, or any changes, Wilber accommodated us. He even offered to return if needed if we scuffed the walls during our move out (we are selling our home). They made our home look new again, maybe even better than new! Description of work:
We had interior and exterior painting done, drywall repairs, wood rot repair, pressure washing of our foundation done before painting. Interior painting: kitchen (walls, ceiling, trim, doors), morning room (trim, walls), 2 story living room, including trim and doors, foyer area, stairwell, and master bath ceiling painted. We had many areas throughout the house that needed drywall repairs: cracking along the drywall tape, nail pops, cracks, chips, etc. We had exterior painting done: metal roofs over bay windows, bay windows painted, front door, foundation brick repainted. We had a door that had some wood rot and it had also been chewed a bit by a puppy that he fixed and made look new. Beautiful work and I am a perfectionist myself. It was worth every penny.
They did a great job, finished on time and within budget and did a wonderful job cleaning up after they were done as well. The guys were professional and efficient. We added a minor job to the scope the day of which they were able to add in at a very reasonable price as well. I would recommend that you be clear on what their parking needs are because they just had an extra truck more than we had planned for so we had to scramble for parking.

Part of our chimney fell apart from a windstorm. Our insurance company had Firesafe do the estimate. From the original estimate to the completed project, the entire staff (office managers, owner, bricklayers, etc.) were professional and provided excellent friendly customer service.
