My AC went out on a Saturday, Jesse came out that Sunday morning at 7:15 & had us back up & running within 20 minutes! He was very nice, knowledgeable & professional! His pricing was very reasonable as well.
10/10 recommend!!

Jessie is a LIFE SAVER! I’m a realtor, so I have worked with many HVAC companies and I can confidently say Jessie is the BEST! His prices are excellent, he is knowledgeable and he’s very trustworthy. Even my dad, who is a perfectionist and doesn’t trust anyone, will k my use Jessie and he trusts him enough to leave him alone in his house. That speaks volumes about Jessie’s character! Jessie usually comes the same day or the next when I call him about an issue with my house or a client’s house. I would say about 50% of the time he usually has the parts to fix the issue the same day. SAVE HIS CONTACT! You will thank me later :)

I was really impressed by the total level of service by Jessie and the StayCool team when my AC/Heat pump units stopped working. He responded quickly when I first called him and was easy to work with. It's almost impossible to get a company to meet you at a set time and date, but we were able to schedule specific times quickly and he was always on time and super transparent and helpful about everything he was doing which was awesome for a working family. He talked me through the diagnostics he was completing and showed me exactly what was wrong.
