With a sliding fee scale based on household income, the facility is accessible to all. The medical staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable, making them a trusted choice for patients. However, some recent reviews suggest that the facility's quality and responsiveness have declined, with difficulties in scheduling appointments and getting timely call-backs.
There seems to be a lack of accountability within the office staff. Women fighting like it’s high school rather than a doctor’s office where you’re suppose to help patients. It must be so embarrassing to admin to have staff arguing on the floor like children rather than doing their jobs and maintaining a professional environment at least for the sake of their patients. Shayla has a particularly poor attitude and with a lack of personality that really doesn’t help the atmosphere’s issues here.
Updated review: I rated this 5 stars because it used to be amazing. However, since going from Bassett Family to Connect Health, the phone etiquette is down right awful! You can never reach a person. Horrible for a medical practice when you deal with people. Plus, you always have to press so many buttons. Call back is eother SUPER long (days) or nonexistent and that is not ok. Until they fix this I do not recommend. Stop making machines answer actual people.
I moved here 3 months ago and was referred to this practice. All 4 of my kids and myself included visited together. I can not explain how wonderful the staff, process and services are. From the receptionists...read full review
This is tough because I love some of the providers, especially Felicia and her nurse, but the quality and responsiveness of the facility has went downhill. You can't just call for an appointment, you have to leave a message. And you may wait hours and hours for a call back, currently waiting over 3 hours just to be called back regarding seeing if I can get an appointment for a sick child, which is unacceptable with kids.
