Updated review: I rated this 5 stars because it used to be amazing. However, since going from Bassett Family to Connect Health, the phone etiquette is down right awful! You can never reach a person. Horrible for a medical practice when you deal with people. Plus, you always have to press so many buttons. Call back is eother SUPER long (days) or nonexistent and that is not ok. Until they fix this I do not recommend. Stop making machines answer actual people.

This is tough because I love some of the providers, especially Felicia and her nurse, but the quality and responsiveness of the facility has went downhill. You can't just call for an appointment, you have to leave a message. And you may wait hours and hours for a call back, currently waiting over 3 hours just to be called back regarding seeing if I can get an appointment for a sick child, which is unacceptable with kids.
I love this doctor's office. everyone is extremely helpful I've never had any issues at this office. My doctor and her nurse are absolutele the best! I have never had a doctor that has listened and paid attention to me ever before. the nurses are awesome! They too are very understanding and are quick to return a phone call. And the rest of office staff as well.awesome! no complaints.
