Jerry's Septic just recently serviced our septic system for the first time and did an exceptional job at a reasonable cost. Upon initially contacting them they were prompt in getting back to me and scheduling the service. Ben was our service technician and was great to deal with. For all future septic service needs we will be using Jerry's Septic Tank Service.

They were great! Best price in town. Ben was right on time and very polite. Did a very thorough job and cleaned up the mess and you couldn’t even tell he was there when he was finished.

I submitted an online appointment request for a septic pump-out and received a call back same day. Jerry's was booked out a couple of weeks but that worked with my timetable anyway. Ben the technician showed up five minutes early and was friendly and capable. No extra fees--just a simple payment and I quickly received the receipt I needed to forward to the New Kent County development office. I would certainly consider using Jerry's Septic again.
