/7 response... but they didn't answer or return our calls until the next week!
Mr. Colvin not only answered our call, he also arrived right when he said he would AND safely & securely placed the snake unharmed into a carrier, and after a few great stories about snakes & travels, Mr. Colvin was on his way, taking the snake to a safe release area ... we were very happy for Mr. Colvin's quick response, humane standards and his professionalism (and reasonable fee.) And we're sure the snake was even happier!
Could not recommend Colvin’s enough!! Heard noises in my closet and had no idea what it was. We called multiple of the larger companies who didn’t answer the phone or wouldn’t come until the end of the week. After I called Colvin’s, Steven showed up within 30 minutes. Even on a Sunday morning!! He removed the bat from my closet immediately and was super helpful.
Very helpful very courteous! I had a bird that fell down the chimney gave him a call he told me how to get him out and that if I couldn't he would be more than happy to come do it. There are not many companies that would give advice like that without charging you. He is number one in my book!
