Paul, Brandon and Michael came ready to begin the installation of my new walk in shower ON-TIME. They were polite, professional, skilled and answered any questions I asked. I only checked in on them 3 times, beginning of work, mid-way and final stages. Paul was courteous while measuring my arm's length to shower head mechanisms, grab bars and shelves, seat is placed well and comfortable for my [arthritic] knees and [daily aching] lower back. The guys did an excellent job they gave me what I asked for they showed me how everything worked and how to use the product to clean the shower everything looked great while they were here I saw a couple of specs that look like water at the front where you step over and at the spot where the water goes down I saw the color of the wall which was a medium color blue other than that everything was fine I'm hoping that that will wash down once we can get in the shower tomorrow after 4:00

My team was not just on time...they were early!! They left the rest house just as it was when they got there. They even reattached the dog gate that I had removed for them from across the front porch. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! All instructions were made extremely clear before they left.
