We had a great experience with Chrystalle. She was clear with communication, was timely, and was very knowledgeable. Even more, you could tell she enjoyed her job and is enjoyable to work with. She gave us peace of mind and shared additional options without being pushy. Having dealt with companies that seemed like they were being deceptive or upsetting, this was refreshing.
Mr. Booker (technician) has been servicing our home for a while; quarterly pest treatment, removal of hornet nest and most recently mole service. Mr. Booker is always friendly, thorough and answers all our questions! Very pleased with Loyal!
They always give a reminder call & a call to say they’re on their way. They finish the job and then come to the door to see if I have any questions. Very professional & friendly.
