I was recommended to this dentist after a horrible experience elsewhere. They are amazing. They actually listen and care. They will not push anything you don't need. I also trust them to take care of my son too and they do amazing.
I have the worst fear of dentists from past dental experiences. Dr Hefele is a pro when he numbs me, I NEVER FEEL A THING!!! Dr Hefele and his staff always talk to me throughout the procedures to make sure I am comfortable and not feeling any pain. I have never experienced a dental appointment where I am laughing until I met Dr Hefele and his staff.
Wonderful bedside manner and never does me wrong. Always does good work and is a small family owned business. They really know what they are doing and they really care about your health. They don't over prescribe, or do unnecessary procedures and fillings. I moved away but still travel to see Hefele.
