Absolutely amazing customer service!!! We had 7 residential locks re-keyed including storm doors. We would highly recommend Eastern Lock for all of your key and lock needs. Very reasonable prices, way cheaper then replacing all hardware. Great communication.
A wonderful place and worth the drive! Called many places in Richmond that could not produce a file cabinet key. This place had it made in seconds. Brought my two girls with me and they had a fun “find the hidden key to the treasure chest” game for them to do. What a memorable experience and such kind staff.
