My first experience with Ashcake was wonderful from start to finish. My dog needed a dental and extractions were necessary. Lori did a phenomenal job, and her followup and post op instructions were clear and comprehensive. Five star practice!
We brought our 13 year old Pitty girl in today thinking we were losing her. Dr Jeffers and the staff took such wonderful care of her....Dr Jeffers diagnosed her with vestibular disease and answered our questions and what treatment is suggested. We were able to walk out with happy faces. We have taking all our pets to Ashcake Animal Clinic for years. Their expertise, compassion and professionalism is fantastic.
1000% recommend. I have never left a review for anywhere before, but felt I needed to for Ashcake Animal Clinic. I took my dog here earlier today for a suspected leg injury, and the staff were soooo helpful and kind. They explained to me every step of the recovery process, and even showed me with a plastic model dog knee which part was affected and how it worked.
They went above and beyond for my pup, and I am very appreciative
