He explained everything in detail and answered all questions I had. Actually, I was impressed from my first contact with Arrow. I spoke to Rob, the salesman, who listened to my problem and recommended what I needed. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary contracts. Pam called to set my next appt and took care of it a couple days after, which I appreciate. I called Arrow after calling a couple big name pest control companies and was told I had to sign a contract ect.
