Our Honda Odyssey key case broke and the key came out. They were able to program 2 new cases and keys in a matter of minutes. Great customer service and gives a military discount! Definitely recommend this family owned business!

Eastern Lock and Key is so amazing! I had a key break off in a doorknob and they were able to get it out in no time, as well as make me a new key. It was very affordable and the service was great. I was nervous going in, since I feel like it's a pretty dumb thing to get your key stuck in a lock, but they made me feel so welcomed and were not condescending in any way. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Hanover area looking for friendly, affordable and prompt service.

Used them before. They were great. I had to my key relocked and rekeyed and it was done over several days bc he was missing parts but that'd OK. It was cheap and and done professionally. They came to my house but I dont think they make house calls anymore. They have a shop in Ashland and the owner is a total sweetheart.
