My mother and I have been to this location once and received excellent service. However, the service wasn’t so great when we visited again this past Saturday. My mother sat down for her pedicure with Technician Michelle, who immediately began talking on the phone. Whenever my mom tried to get Michelle's attention to ask a question, she seemed annoyed that she would dare interrupt her telephone conversation.Shortly after, Technician Lani invited me to sit down for my pedicure. This was my second time receiving a pedicure from Lani, who was gracious and attentive. I really enjoy my visits to Modern Nail Bar. The staff is very friendly and welcoming while the nail work is on point. My nails last a lot longer when I get my Gel manicure here instead of at other nail salons. They have voluntarily offered to do some nail art as part of my most recent gel manicure and the result was great! (See attached picture) - I will certainly do that more often. Make sure to ask for their Spa Pedicure, it is super relaxing and they have multiple styles and fragrance options...the margarita one is my favorite.If you plan to visit Modern Nail Bar make sure to call to make an appointment though as it can get very busy and service is not guaranteed...read full review

Kind of surprised to read the negative reviews because I've had nothing but positive experiences here! Lani does an amazing dip and Sarah is so great with gel! I get compliments on my nails so much and I always tell people to check this place out. I love its location too because it's right in the middle of other places I visit often so it's easy to come in for service without a very long wait.
