“I read the horrible reviews and almost did not go to this salon. It was open on Sunday and my nail tech is out of town. Maybe they are trying to do better. I had a very nice experience. A gentleman named Yang introduced himself to me and made small talk before starting with my fill. He was meticulous about making sure my nails were perfect, holding my hands up to the light to inspect them before filing again. I was the only person in the salon from beginning to end, so there was no rushing. Because of the reviews, I was afraid for him to do a repair and remove the old nail. He used another nail to remove it and check in often as as he went along to make sure I was ok. Based on my experience, I would return. If I receive consistent service like this, I will recommend Hollywood Nails to others.“
