I am fully insured, state licensed, and certified through InterNACHI and AHIT to do home inspections and inspections of New Homes in Virginia. We are also certified to do Radon Testing. When you hire me, you will get a professional, comprehensive, thorough report of all the major systems of your home, affording you peace of mind in your purchase. I inspect only one home a day, so you can be assured that I will not rush through your inspection. I know how important it is to be honestly informed about the condition of your prospective home so I will inspect your home as if I am buying it for myself.
