I needed a part on my washing machine fixed. Coflin came out, assessed the issue within 5 minutes and then ordered the part. They came back out once they had the replacement part and took about 10 minutes to fix. They came when they said they would and fixed the issue!
A technician came out today to service my dryer that was still under warranty. The problem was a small metal piece, nail, and change that was left in the pocket of our jeans. They didn't charge us as it was under warranty, even though it was our fault. The service was amazing and timely. The tech was very knowledgeable and had the entire dryer broken down fixed and put back together in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend for appliance repairs.
We had an issue with the Thermador wall oven that kept causing the oven to shut off. Very frustrating. Unlike some companies that seem to treat us like we live on the moon, when I called Coflin and it was no problem for them to send someone to our home to take a look at it. Coflin is very customer focused. Linda, who I spoke to on the phone, was very professional and a delight to work with throughout the whole process.
