I use Richard's Tree Service for our 15-home community and for my personal property as well. They do excellent work at fair and reasonable prices, with clear and detailed documentation in quotes and invoices. They clearly know the business and care about the beauty of trees and the quality of their work. We have used them for years and never been disappointed.

A recent storm with heavy rain caused a large tree to fall on our house. This happened late on a Saturday and finding someone to provide emergency service turned out be very difficult. We were lucky to connect with Richard's Tree Service early the next morning and despite having worked a bunch of jobs the day before, they were able to assess the situation within the hour and assemble a crew on within 2 hours. The responsiveness when we reached out was amazing. The crew was very professional, careful and super efficient in the way they approached the tree removal. This is a very friendly company to work with, and I highly recommend them. They quickly provided me with a competitive estimate and included pictures of my trees and a copy of their certificate of insurance with the estimate so that I didn't even have to ask.
Scheduling was great -- I was provided a tentative date (weather permitting), and given a window of time on the morning of. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving with a heads-up.
