I went in to have a tooth pulled because of the cost of root canal & crown. The cost of pulling the tooth was a little less than the root canal & crown, then I would have a hole and have to deal with the long healing process. Discussed with the oral surgeon and decided to have the root canal instead. Very understanding and concerned with the patient for his/her best interest.

My experience with Dr. Drake was great, surgery was smooth, instructions were clear and I knew what to expect. I didn't have a great experience with an employee who facilitated our exit following surgery and I sent a couple billing follow up messages that were never returned. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Please do better with following up on inquiries and staff-patient interractions.

Update 1 /5/ 2024I've always had a fear of the dental chair. It's been almost 5 years since I was here last. Dr. Jackson is still wonderful. I love everything about this office, especially her. This is the safe place to be.I was referred to NVOMSA (specifically to Dr. Julia Jackson) by my general dentist (Dr. Alonzo Bell) for dental implant surgery. Each and every visit and each and every team member encountered has been nothing short of fabulous. I’ve always said that I’m not afraid of anything creeping, crawling or flying, but I was scared to death when I first came to see Dr. Jackson and told her as much.
