Dr. Chand and the nurse practitioner are terrific. The office staff is not as good and had to call back multiple times because they either failed to note something I'd told them or they got the information wrong. And The Sterling office at least has run 45 minutes to an hour behind schedule every time I've been there.

Do I really want to trust my health to this medical centre? There is a lot to say about first impression and based on what I am currently going thru with this office - I would be negligent to allow them to come near me with a 10ft pole. My level of confidence is lower than the -1 star I would like to select as my rating. I have completed test results and I am yet to get a person in their office with whom I can discuss the result with. Why have me do the test and then not take time to discuss them with me and plan next steps. No one ever answer the phones...and the answering machine is not working - simply looping the same message continuously. Ugh.. My health is my responsibility, therefore, I will have to find a more responsive medical professional to attend to my medical needs.

After leaving about 4 messages over 4 weeks, I finally got a callback to schedule an appointment. The first appointment is a telehealth appointment which I received text reminders for. They also sent me a link to their portal, similar to MyChart, and I filled in a questionnaire and some cursory medical history. The evening before my appointment, I got a message from them after their offices had closed about an updated registration form they needed from me. If they didn't receive this form by 0800 the following morning, a full hour before they open, my appointment would be cancelled. This was the first I'd heard of this. No texts, no emails, no communication, no instructions about it, nothing. And no way to ask questions since their offices were closed. I scoured the portal for this form. Nothing. I logged into my appointment the following morning and nobody showed up. I can't get ahold of anyone there because they've set up their practice so that you can never actually reach someone, only leave countless voicemails and hope they call you back. I will be informing my PCP about their unprofessionalism today and will get a different referral. Complete waste of my time.
