Staff and owner are very courteous and great at what they do. I have gotten haircuts at several salons but they don’t compare to the cutting skills of the stylists here. The owner is so talented and truly cares about making the customer happy. She consulted with me in great detail about the different types of perms and which one would best suit my hair type while still giving me the look I desired. I ended up getting a trim and setting perm which turned out beautifully!

I visited J-Kim for a last-minute hairstyle for a photoshoot. They were extremely accommodating and fit me in at the last minute. Right away, I was impressed by the way the stylists and assistant worked together seamlessly to move things along quickly, but without cutting corners. My stylist did an amazing job, taking great care with my damaged, bleached hair but still working efficiently to get me out of there on time. The style turned out better than I ever expected -- In fact, I think it's the best my hair has ever been styled!
