I had a 5 PM appointment, but due to delays, it was almost 7 PM by the time I was done, even though I was only there for a haircut.
The wait was frustrating, but the hairstylist was friendly. She checked with me throughout the haircut and made sure the style matched what I wanted.
The timing could be improved, but I’m happy with the final result.
Karina Kim is truly exceptional!

I knew it was a Korean-owned salon since I've seen it multiple times while I drive by, I just didn't know the customers were also majority Korean haha so it was a bit awkward when I (a non-Korean person) walked in BUT everyone was super nice. The hairstylist (Christine? I think) gave me a some suggestions, was very nice, and skillful. Overall a great experience and a good price, will be coming back even though I'm not Korean!!
